- A spring-loaded implant fixed across the proximal femoral physis that applies controlled distraction or compression to modulate bone growth

- Designed for children with neuromuscular conditions who develop coxa valga

- Replicates the absent gluteus medius force by placing tension across the trochanteric physis, accelerating lateral growth while an epiphyseal screw inhibits medial growth

- Configurable for both distraction and compression modes as well as spinal vertebral growth modulation
