- A cannulated screw housing a compression spring and inelastic suture loop
- Stabilizes the hip joint while preserving motion
- Anchors to the pelvis, limiting abduction and resisting subluxation
- Internal spring allows the joint to flex and rotate through controlled compression
- Addresses the underlying soft tissue incompetence that causes re-dislocation after conventional osteotomy procedures.
