Cameron Jeffers is the Founder and CEO of Precision MedOrtho, an early-stage medical device company advancing the next generation of pediatric orthopedic solutions. Cameron has built his career on precision from managing explosive dosing control to executing intricate finishing carpentry and driving large-scale industrial systems. Cameron brings an exceptionally hands-on, detail-oriented foundation to medical device development.

As an Orthopedics Researcher at Phoenix Children's Hospital, Cameron focuses on pediatric orthopedic growth modulation, with deep expertise in device design, rapid prototyping, laboratory testing, and implant validation. Cameron is a co-author on the research behind the SHALE procedure, Osteotomy-Free Correction of Acetabular Dysplasia, which was recognized with the Best Basic Science Award at the 2026 Pediatric Orthopaedic Society of North America (POSNA) Annual Meeting. In the same year, Cameron placed in the top 10 of the Business Innovation Competition at the 2026 Orthopaedic Research Society (ORS) Annual Meeting, demonstrating both scientific depth and commercial acumen in translating orthopedic research to market.

Prior to transitioning into medical research and entrepreneurship, Cameron accumulated a distinctive range of precision-driven industry experience. At ZF Group, he specialized in the handling, control, and precise dosing measurement of explosive materials. At Amazon, he served as a Reliability and Maintenance Engineering Technician III, developing expertise in complex mechanical systems, failure analysis, and operational reliability at scale. Earlier in his career, Cameron worked as a carpenter, honing the craftsmanship and spatial precision that continue to inform his approach to device design and fabrication.
Across each role, a common thread emerges: an uncompromising attention to detail and a deep respect for the tolerance between what works and what fails.

Cameron and his wife have three sons and a daughter whom he has shares his passion for ingenuity and craftmanship. They enjoy spending weekends creatively building with some of their most successful projects being their tree house, their porch swing, and their rock wall.
